Reflexology

Reflexology is an ancient method of helping the bodies inherent ability to heal itself through reflex points found in the body that correspond with imbalances that may have developed over time.
These points are often accessed through the feet.

Elliot has been in practice since 2017 after graduating from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy.

Drawing from his passion for adventure sports and his understanding of human health, performance, and anatomy, he is able to fashion a treatment specific to each individual using the many modalities of massage therapy and exercise science.

Elliot’s methodology includes personalized assessments and treatments which he compliments with discussions about optimal movement and rehabilitation strategies.

He is happy to meet you where you are in your journey, be it rehabilitation, recovery, sport specific applications, relaxation, or as part of your selfcare routine to feel better each day.

When not in the clinic, you can find Elliot pursuing his passions in the great outdoors, skiing, biking, hiking, camping, and of course… plunging into the icy rivers of Squamish.

Reflexology is not a massage -it is a message.

Through the intentional stimulation of the 7200 nerve endings found on the human foot, its aim is to promote homeostasis, bringing balance to the body through the stimulation of the central nervous system.

When we refer to a “reflex” in this practice, we actually mean that the foot microcosmically refers to, mirrors, or reflects a larger system of the body.

The North American style of Reflexology, although rooted in ancient systems, uses no tools and focuses on stimulating a parasympathetic response, promoting optimal circulation, calm, and rest.

This makes it not only one of the most luxuriously relaxing ways to spend an hour or so, but over time it can be a fascinating tool of discovery when incorporated into a client’s regular wellness regimen.

Jennifer has been practicing Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Acupuncture for over 20 years. She loves working with everyone, and her practice has a big focus on, but is not limited to, fertility and women’s health, insomnia, stress, anxiety, and depression, pain management and injury recovery.

Jennifer completed her Bachelor of Science (Biological Science) degree at the University of Lethbridge and then went on to study Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture in Victoria, BC. She is licensed as a registered Acupuncturist with the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of British Columbia (CTCMA) and the College & Association of Acupuncturists of Alberta (CAAA).

She is grateful to be able to share her knowledge with others, to share in the wonderment of tapping into the body’s innate wisdom to heal and to be in balance.

When not practicing she loves to spend time with her husband and two active sons -either cheering on the sidelines at an Enduro bike race or at the soccer pitch, walks in nature with two Black labs, and doing her best to stay healthy, strong, and balanced.

Clients are encouraged to bring gym shorts for lower body treatments, which may include movement.

Daniel enjoys working with everyone, from high level athletes and tradespeople to office workers and young folks. He believes in community and connection and takes a heart centered approach to his work.

Working through a lens of a decade of experience and countless rabbit holes on fascia and osteopathic techniques, he listens, and meets people where they are to address the concerns that they have.

By using a combination of fascial, osteopathic, and traditional massage based techniques, coupled with intuition, evidence based research, and heart, he strives to help people regain or maintain ease in their day to day life and activities. That may look like nervous system calming, deep or light fascial work, or movement release depending on where people are at that day.

In his spare time you may find Daniel on his mountain bike, climbing, practicing Aikido, playing music, making art, gardening and spending time with his daughter.

Daniel is pleased to offer direct billing services for Pacific Blue Cross, Medavie Blue Cross, and Green Shield Canada.

After completing my training as a physical rehabilitation therapist, I chose to deepen my understanding of the human body through osteopathy. This holistic approach focuses on how all the body’s systems work together, helping address the root of dysfunctions rather than just the symptoms. Through this work, I have the chance to support people in feeling better by combining my clinical knowledge with the body’s own ability to self-regulate and heal.

I’ve been practicing osteopathy since 2008 with a variety of clients. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work with elite athletes (especially runners) as well as individuals dealing with hormonal and nervous system imbalances, digestive challenges, children, and people recovering from head injuries.

Right now, I’m spending a whole year in Squamish, embracing the adventure and soaking in the beauty of the mountains through biking, snowboarding and hiking.

McHale is a massage therapy student at Pacific Coastal College of Massage Therapy in Vancouver, currently completing the final stretch of his training and preparing for board exams. The program has been pivotal for him, providing him with a clear sense of direction and a deep commitment to helping people feel and function at their best.

Before massage therapy, McHale worked as a chef—an experience that sharpened his discipline, stamina, and attention to detail. Today, he brings that same hands-on precision into treatment, continually refining his techniques through research and clinical experience.

He’s especially excited to work with a broad range of conditions—both to support clients and to feed his clinical curiosity as he transitions into registered practice. He also values client education, helping people understand their bodies and supporting lasting, effective results between visits.

Outside of school, McHale is most at home in the elements—scaling rocks around Squamish, pushing into the backcountry, and swimming across glacial lakes. That connection to movement shapes his approach to care: thoughtful assessment, informed treatment planning, and respect for each person’s goals. He looks forward to helping you feel better, move better, and live well.
